'Collaborate' approached the project with a fresh perspective, reimagining the workplace for a new era of collaboration and creativity.
At the centre of the contemporary interiors sits the Osprey table — a beautifully crafted and highly functional focal point. We particularly love the combination of rich Walnut and Fenix’s ‘Castro Ottawa’ soft brown finish, which together bring warmth and refinement to the space.
Designed for multi-purpose use, the area serves as a flexible environment where people can work, meet, or simply grab a coffee. The James Burleigh furniture was specified for its exceptional design quality, craftsmanship, and durability — key for such a high-traffic communal zone.
The Osprey table, measuring 3.5 metres in length, was provided in two sections and comfortably seats up to 14 people. To create a cohesive aesthetic, matching stools and benches were specified alongside it. These setups feature across both the second and fifth floors of the building, ensuring consistency throughout the workspace.
Paddington has fast become one of London’s most vibrant destinations — home to canalside dining spots and buzzing bars — making it a fitting location for such a dynamic workplace. We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with 'Collaborate', whose approachable and professional team ensured a smooth procurement and completion of the project.
