Set in the heart of Mayfair, this project reimagines the first and third floors, transforming them into refined, high-specification office environments. By removing the existing suspended ceilings and introducing a striking central ceiling raft, the design elevates both the sense of space and architectural clarity. Contemporary lighting and seamlessly integrated services enhance the overall aesthetic, delivering a clean, modern finish throughout.
The fully refurbished interior has been thoughtfully configured to support modern ways of working, combining open-plan desking with cellular meeting rooms and inviting breakout areas. It was a pleasure to collaborate with Morgan Lovell, who expertly led the design and build process from concept through to completion.
At the heart of the communal kitchen, the ‘James Burleigh’ Pil table takes centre stage. Finished in a sophisticated Possum Green and complemented by a solid oak edge and frame, it balances elegance with durability. Its distinctive half-circle ends and contemporary silhouette make it a standout piece—perfectly suited to a space designed for frequent use and everyday connection.
