COVID-19 Update - Temporary Suspension

Dear Valued Customers, Partners and Suppliers,
In line with Government advice and in order to protect our makers and support the wider social distancing advice we are, as of Tuesday, 24th March, temporarily suspending production. This decision will be reviewed in 3 weeks when the Government is expected to issue new instructions. In the meantime we are keeping abreast of official updates and hope to be in production again soon.
Our offices will remain open on a remote basis, during normal UK working hours and you are welcome to contact our sales team for any guidance and/or advice.
Regarding existing orders, we will be contacting each and every client individually to try and come to a feasible solution in line with Government guidelines.
Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. Our aim is to safeguard the health of our employees and their families.
Updated lead times
UK / Europe:
Our lead time is 6-8 weeks from when production recommences.
USA / East Coast:
Production lead time (excluding freight) is approx. 6-8 weeks. East Coast freight time 3-4 weeks.
Total of 9-12 weeks from when production recommences.
USA / West Coast:
Production lead time (excluding freight) is approx. 6-8 weeks. West Coast freight time 6 weeks
Total of 12-13 weeks from when production recommences.
Fast track
We are offering a fast-track service, for all products in our standard white. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this particular finish (excluding freight time) from when production recommences.
In the meantime we wish you all good health and look forward to a return to normal service in the not too distant future.
