We're truly grateful to everyone who visited the James Burleigh stand at Clerkenwell Design Week, nestled within the historic crypt on Clerkenwell Green.
It was heartening to reconnect with our enduring contacts and meet so many new individuals. The positive response and valuable feedback to our fresh and innovative products made this bustling CDW all the more worthwhile!

JENSON
Our visitors have witnessed the unveiling of our new sustainable designs, aimed at minimising waste and enhancing circularity.
The real highlight of the show was our new bio-resin and water-based resin tops on our credenzas, ingeniously crafted using our own non-recyclable workshop waste.
After acquiring our briquetting machine, we effectively converted 95% of our waste into heat for our workshop. However, we still had one hurdle to overcome. We had a machine collecting wood, glue, and laminate sawdust, which was deemed contaminated and unsuitable for briquetting and burning. With dedication, we explored and trialed a solution using as many waste streams as possible.
The black colour comes from UK-made rCB from end of life tyres, the bio-resin is a part-waste product of other bio-manufacturing while the natural dyes are derived from unused non plate food scraps.

EYOT
The Eyot bench, your ultimate waiting lounge solution, strikes the perfect balance of comfort, practicality, and adaptability. It's a timeless choice for both commercial and residential spaces.
Crafted with no foam, petrochemicals, or flame retardants, it complies with UK and USA fire regulations. Plus, we used locally and sustainably sourced timber from London.
